Home Maintenance Membership
The membership is $39.99/month for local New Braunfels residents. It includes one scheduled two-hour maintenance visit each quarter. The first included visit is available after 90 days and three monthly payments.
After the first membership payment, service-call charges are waived and additional maintenance labor is $75/hour, with a 30-minute minimum ($37.50) per additional visit. The 15-minute rounding rule applies to paid member labor; a paid visit reaching 1 hour 45 minutes is charged as two hours ($150). Materials are separate.
Additional work beyond included time requires approval and is charged at $75/hour.
Banking and scheduling
Unused included visits and maintenance time can accumulate while your membership is active. Extended visits require advance scheduling and cannot be requested for same-day service.
Membership cancellation
Cancel without a cancellation fee by giving 30 days’ written notice by email to bluhaulstexas@gmail.com. Earned time can be used during the notice period subject to scheduling availability. All unused included visits and banked time expire on the effective membership end date. They have no cash or refund value.
Member mowing
Mowing starts at $50 per completed visit for total residential lots up to ⅕ acre (8,712 square feet) within New Braunfels. Final pricing depends on lawn area, condition, and access. Weekly or biweekly scheduling is available to active maintenance members. Mowing, edging, line trimming, and blowing clippings off hard surfaces are included. Each completed mow is billed separately from membership. Initial lawn recovery is quoted separately.
One-time maintenance billing
A $125 visit includes 90 minutes of labor. Additional labor is $75 per hour, with a 15-minute grace period before the next full additional hour. Up to 1:45 costs $125; over 1:45 through 2:45 costs $200; over 2:45 through 3:45 costs $275. Each further hour follows the same pattern. Materials are separate.
Lawn recovery and removal
One-time recovery is individually quoted. Full 20-cubic-yard loads start at $550 for junk or $400 for brush, including loading labor and disposal. Grass cutting and other recovery work are quoted to scope.
Customer cancellation of a deposited job
Project deposits are separate from membership payments. Job deposits are nonrefundable if the customer cancels. If materials have already been purchased for the project, the customer is entitled to receive those materials.
If Blu permanently cancels a job
Blu provides written notice and a full refund of the job deposit. Blu keeps supplies purchased for that project.
Weather postponements
Rain and other weather delays postpone the work rather than cancel it. If the customer elects to cancel after a weather postponement, the customer-cancellation and deposit policy applies.
